Matthew Willard
Matthew Willard is the Louisiana State Representative for District 97 which includes
the Gentilly, Mid-City and Bayou St. John neighborhoods in New Orleans.
He serves on the Ways and Means, Insurance and Municipal, Parochial and Cultural Affairs committees in the House of Representatives. He also serves on the Joint Capital
Outlay Committee in the Louisiana Legislature. Matthew is a graduate of Jesuit High
School and the University of New Orleans.

Nolan Louque, Chief Executive Officer, works collaboratively to oversee the strategic direction of Riverlands Insurance Services, Inc., the Louisiana-based multi-million-dollar insurance agency. Louque, a veteran in the insurance industry, is responsible for developing and implementing direction, high-level strategies, and is a central and significant figure in the continued success of the rapidly growing multiline agency that services all insurance needs. Riverlands Insurance Services, Inc. recently celebrated its 50th year of business, and has grown substantially to approximately 100 people and has several locations throughout the state of Louisiana.
Louque graduated from Nicholls State University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. His career focus remains customer and performance-driven. Additionally, Louque maintains positions on various boards and committees that serve and benefits the insurance industry and its consumers. He regularly participates in charitable events and generously contributes to philanthropic organizations.
