Congratulations Jessica and Josh!

Congrats to Josh & Jessica and their kiddos Preston and Alyssa! This family is near and dear to my heart and are personal friends of ours. They sold their house about a year ago and have been searching for the perfect “fixer upper” for their adorable family to grow into. This big ol beautiful house was perfect for them! Tons of space, a yard, a safe area, and a hip skip and a jump away from the grandparents ! Josh got his coveted two car garage too!

It may have taken us three offers and lots of patience, but we eventually got the bid and the clients saved around $30k!

Huge thank you to this family for trusting me to help you with this process! I’ll be returning the favor by helping y’all rip off wallpaper and painting 😜
